Lead Applicant

Igiugig Village Council (IVC) 

As the lead applicant for NTIA round 1 funding for the SALMONet project, IVC is responsible for managing the funding and overseeing contractors on behalf of the 16-tribal consortium. Ensuring that all activities are performed on behalf of and in the best interests of the 16-tribal consortium involved in the project.

Project Management & Communications

DeerStone Consulting 

DeerStone is responsible for overseeing the project management of SALMONet. This includes ensuring compliance with regulations set forth by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), coordinating all project activities, and ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule. 

Design and Engineering

SGV International

SGV is responsible for the technical aspects of the SALMONet project, focusing on design and engineering. Additionally, SGV is planning for future phases of the project, ensuring that proposed design efforts are scalable and sustainable.
